If I get 550 injectors with all my mods in my profile do I need to get a AFC or DSMlink?
Thanks Nick

well unless you wanna run like crap then yes u need to get some sort of tuning device. Cheaper being the AFC, i see no real need for you to get dsmlink yet as its normally for very modded cars. I see you have a 95 eclipse, in the 95 model year some dsm's had the eprom ECU's, if you infact do have one a cheaper alternitive could be to get a chip from keydriver at dsmchips.com. Even so you might still need a little tuning and if you planned to raise the boost the first thing you should always get is a logger to watch for knock.

I am planning to get a EVOIII 16g turbo in like a month or two so i am going to be boosting more. So i am going to have to get a AFC to get the injectors, but i am going to get one any ways for the turbo. I just wont put them on till i get the AFC. Any recomendations for an AFC?
Thanks Nick

well just look in the classifieds or ebay for a used or new one they usually go for about 200 shipped give or take. I know they have a brand new color safc out but i dont see the point when the SAFC I or II do the job just aswell as ive used both before. I currently only use my Maf translator for the GM maf setup but i see it to be very UN-userfriendly in tuning as i have to open the hood everytime i want to change a setting ect.

not too bad at all just check out vfaq.com as long as you have the knowlage to solder and splice strip ect then your good.
