I have a 16G and may upgrade to a big 16G in the future. Anyway, I just purchased some RC 550CC injectors and I now need a fuel pump, pressure regulator, etc. I have a buddy who's offering me a Walbro 255LPH HP fuel pump, but I think it's more than I need-I was going to buy a 190LPH. Also for fuel pressure regulators, I was thinking of just purchasing the B&M w/Guage since I don't need a bunch of fuel for a 16G. I think the stock fuel rail is sufficient for my application...but that's why I'm posting. What do you guys think? I want to upgrade the fuel lines as well, I saw the kit on slowboyracing.com....are there any others?

you don't want or need the b&m fpr. It only raises fuel pressure, it can't lower it.

With a walbro 190, you should be fine running the stock fpr with 550's as it shouldn't overrun too badly. With a 255 you need to get an aeromotive setup with the AN lines, and all that good stuff, or one of the bolt on Buschur regulators. Those both allow you to turn the pressure DOWN, which is what you would need.

it's a pretty ok setup, I have RC550's, aeromotive FPR, and an Evo3 B16g and the car seems pretty happy.

with the proper tuning the 550cc's and 255lph will be fine its what most people run. you just have to tune and hold some fuel back for best results.

that's true, assuming you have an AFPR. You *will* overrun your car at idle with a 255 unless you have a way to decrease fuel pressure. The stock regulator's fuel return is too small, and as a result runs your pressure way to high at idle, and then fine at high RPM.

It's pretty impossible to get it tuned out properly. Basically anytime you're out of boost, you'll run pig-rich.
