Fuel Delivery for a 16G

I have a 16G and may upgrade to a big 16G in the future. Anyway, I just purchased some RC 550CC injectors and I now need a fuel pump, pressure regulator, etc. I have a buddy who's offering me a Walbro 255LPH HP fuel pump, but I think it's more than I need-I was going to buy a 190LPH. Also for fuel pressure regulators, I was thinking of just purchasing the B&M w/Guage since I don't need a bunch of fuel for a 16G. I think the stock fuel rail is sufficient for my application...but that's why I'm posting. What do you guys think?

Honestly I would get the 255lph HP because they're the same price. You may not need all that fuel delivery now... but in the future you may decide to upgrade. Paired with the RC 550cc injectors, a good AFPR and fuel computer you'll be just fine. The stock fuel rail is sufficient enough to support that fuel with a 16g.

Before investing in a B&M AFPR read here, http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1556607#post1556607 .

You can only raise fuel pressure with the B&M and not lower it as you will probably need to do at some point. Just trying to save you some $$$ down the road!

Yea the stock fuel rail is good enough. It was over engineered really, and is larger/flows more then some aftermarket fuel rails.
You won't need a fuel pressure regulator with a 190 pump. But once you get a 255 pump it will override the stock FPR and mess up your fuel trims, so you'll need a good AFPR with a 255.

Just get the 190 pump that way you don't have to spend money on a FPR. The B&M FPR is crap.

you don't need an FPR right now. w/ a fuel tuning device and some good tuning, you should be able to support 18 psi w/ those injectors and that pump. i would go w/ the 255 just in case of future upgrades.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going with the 190 since I'm not going to install anything larger than a Big 16G in the future.
