I have recently upgraded to a full 3" exhaust and blow thru UICP setup. My car drives like shit. It feels like it is studdering whenever I try to accelerate over 5 psi boost. I have a MAF translator and a 3" gm maf. My fuel system is mostly stock accept a slightly more powerfull fuel pump. Do I need bigger Injectors? I am not sure it seems like bad detonation. The EGT gauge show it to be running kinda lean (800 deg C). Any ideas??

It feels like the fuel cut I used to get at about 15 psi when I just started with my DSM

I did not.
Is this possible with my new UICP?

I would be very surprised if it was anything other than a boost leak! I had the same thing happen after installing my hard uicp. I found the boost leak and it fixed the problem 100%. Definitely have that be the first thing you check!

My translator is set for the smallest injectors, which i believe is the richest setting. right?? Also, with the maf right before the throttle body, why would boost leak matter?

Yes it idles well

How do I make it think it is getting less air with the maft? Lean it out?
