Fuel Cut Help!

I should have mentioned this a lot earlier but I do have a check engine light for a 02 sensor will that make a difference?So what your saying is that I bought a fuel pump that I don't need. Could I have hooked up a vacuum hose wrong or something while doing the swap.

The most important question here is whether or not you're hitting fuel cut or fuel starvation. If in fact you're hitting fuel cut, a larger fuel pump will not solve your problem. I will however not go as far as to say "you bought a fuel pump that you don't need" because you'll need it in the future. Which fuel pump did you buy anyway? If it's the 255, you will need a afpr to keep it from overrunning the stock fpr. If the problem is fuel starvation (knock=>pull timing) then you need to turn the boost down until you upgrade the fuel system.

I checked for boost leaks I have little or no boost leaks.

How much pressure was the system able to hold and for how long upon completion of your boost leak test?

I didn't measure the amount of air going in, but It did hold air. On my boost gauge at idle 20 vac. Yes, I did get 255. I am going to go do another one soon.

A successful intake leak test intells that the system holds about 20psi (at least up to your max boost setting) for at least 30 seconds. Have someone else watch the boost gauge while you pressurize the intake, be patient and thorough about it.
