Fuel cut/boost leak?

So i developed what i thought was a boost leak. So i did a boost leak test and no leaks. But when i boost any above 9 psi it cuts out like it just surges and wants to go but no power. Now heresy what stumped me. I reset the ecu and everything was perfect! Until the next day when it all started happening again. Im resetting my ecu now and expecting that it will eliminating the problem again. Any idea what caused this. Im clueless. My wideband read rich when im wot but then as soon as the power stops it goes lean so i know my fuel is ok.

fuel cut is your computer not putting gas into your engine
causes are your ecu is seeing to much air so basically your maf is reading to much air so basicaly it could be a leak or have you done som kind of upgrade or boosting more

you would need bigger injectors and some type of engine management

How many psi did you put through the system when you did the test?

I had this same problem and unfortunately I have no clue as to why it happened either, but I did replace my ecu all together and I haven't had the issue since.
