frozen 14bs

I have 3 14bs and none of them spin freely ( the turbine wheel). Is this a common problem. The one, the turbine wheel scrapes the metal plate on the exhaust side. Is there any fix for these turbos or are they just trashed?

If you have the exhaust housing off thats normal, they prolly just need some oil

Depending on the condition they're in, you could get a rebuild kit for them, though that may not be worth it (I think the kit is ~$200, is a used 14b really worth that to ya?)
