Cheyenne,

At about 45 mph and above my right front wheel/tire/front feels like it is bouncing/vibrating.
I have replaced inner and outer tie rods on both sides. Put on a new brake rotor, put on a new hub and bearing, all tires balanced, new Koni shocks all around. Had the vehicle aligned. Even switched a rear tire to the right front and it still shakes above 45 mph. Hub is not loose...nor any linkage.
One of the bolts for the lower lateral arm is frozen and will not turn or come out. Recall #1 for lower lateral arms replaced this arm in 1999. Recall #2 is still open, but everything looks good so I am reluctant to take it in again until signs of failure are seen.
Tires did sit for about 7 years but I can find no flat spots. They look good and hold air good, no cracks.
Only things not replaced are the upper and lower ball joints, along with the arms and stuff.
The alignment showed camber off on this side.... -.8 degrees vs the left side at -.4 degrees. Car does pull to left because of this.
I have owned this car since the show room floor in 95....never been in a wreck. All suspension is Stock....not lowered.
1995 Eagle Talon AWD TSI.....
Suggestions?
