Front quater panel differences for 2g

after the accident I need to change passengers side front quarter panel. Is this part the same for both turbo and not turbo models?

Do you mean the front fender? Some of the non-turbo fenders didn't have the mounting hole for the sideskirts the others do. Not a big deal, you'll just have to drill it yourself if it didn't come with one.
