My O2 sensor only reads .02 to .03 volts and I replaced it and it still shows the same readings. I am using ecu+ to read the output. Any idea what's going on?

Have you tried different mafs? I had the same problem where my 02 didn't cycle because of a bad maf.My O2 sensor only reads .02 to .03 volts and I replaced it and it still shows the same readings. I am using ecu+ to read the output. Any idea what's going on?
