front motor mount bolt missing. Dangerous?

I had a problem with my 97 eclipse rs (manual) car not being able to get in gear while on. My clutch reservoir was empty so I bled the system. While doing so, I discovered that the front motormount had no bolt in it and was extremely close to the slave cylinder. Where can I get this bolt and exactly what size or how long is this bolt?Does use washers? Do I have to buy the hole mount? Help?

No washers are used; the nut is self locking.
