freeze plug/frost plug heating issue

breakdown. i live in a bad state for super cold winters and super hot summers,

where or what would be the best possible solution to heat my block up in say

anything below zero degrees, i heard everything from freeze plugs to oil pan

magnets, the freeze plugs are so uneven on the block im unaware of damages

if one side of the block is hot and other is still freezing cold.

need some opinions please, thanks

I'd get a battery heater. It's more efficient than a block heater and in all honesty, as long as the battery sends electricity to your starter, your engine should start no problem. That's why autmotive batteries have the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) rating. Batteries work more efficiently when it's warm than when it's cold since chemical reactions like to happen in warm temperatures.
