Free "Slim Line" Fan

This article explains how to turn your factory 2g A/C Fan into a "Slim Line" cooling fan. There is no wiring needed. It's "plug and play". The fan has been installed and driven daily for months now with no increase in temp.

The only tools you'll need are some tin snips and pliers.

1. With the fan out use the tin snips to cut the lower left bracket off.

2. Now make one cut near the lower right bracket and a couple of inches or so from the bracket. Sorry I do not have an exact distance. Using the pliers bend the metal up out of the way. I bent it instead of cutting it out just for safeties sake for the hose.
