hey i need to see whats wrong with my car, but autozone only takes cars 96 and higher i need to get it logged i guess its called? anywhere else in the ny area i can get this done?? thanks

They tell you that because it's their belief that OBDII only came about on most cars '96 and up. There's a guy at my auto parts store who won't read codes on any '95 car because he thinks we can't.

Tell them you have a 96. There's virtually no difference between a 95 and a 96, and if they're using something like an Equus code reader, the year won't make a difference.

Edit: It's not really considering "data logging"; it's more usually called reading the codes. There is a model of Equus code reader that can actually datalog a few items, such as airflow, injector duty cycle, and a few other bits of info, but it's more expensive than any real datalogger and because of it's size, I'm sure it's much more cumbersome to use in the car than your typical pocketlogger.
