Frame Rail (???)

I searched.

Under our cars, there are 2 rails that go from back to front.

Are those frame rails? Our cars are unibody, so they are not frame rails, right? Can someone explain this to me? I am not very knowledgable about these things. Are they floorboard support?

those two lines along the outer sides of the car where the jack points are aren't frame rails. They're basically just a pinch welds, where the floor pan and the body meets. And yes our cars are unibodies, they don't technically have frames, so to say.
