Hey guys I got a S-AFC, and I'm waiting on my fuel-pump to come in (255 Walbro), along with that said should I get a FPR / need one? If so which one would be a good one? (In the middle of cost, and reliablity of course) - won't I have to be able to go UNDER the stock FPR settings? Just wondering, thats something I heard somewhere, and also what should I set it to pressure wise? Can't remember if it was like 34, or 44 or something in that area... ( I will be running my 14B for awhile, going to buy another port and so forth)

If I pick to run with the 14B for awhile, what size injectors should I go with?

Thanks for the help! :thumb:

yes you are def. goin to need a AFPR if you want to tune properly. If you want middle cost but a great product go with the Full Throttle Speed AFPR, it is a direct bolt on and works wonderfully, i use it on my car and love it. It's around 150 so it's cheaper than getting an aeromtive and then all the braided lines that go with it. You will also need a guage which is about 25 or so. I just bought mine from importevolution.com and total for the FPR, gauge and shipping was about 190 so it's not bad. As far as what pressure you should set it at just go with the stock 37-38. Also your stock injectors will work fine with your current set up but if you do wanna upgrade them go with 550s or stock evo 8 injectors that are 510cc. Using bigger injectors will lower the injector duty cycles which just basically means they aren't working as hard but the 450s will work just fine with your current set up.

Just make sure you use proper grammar and puntuation in your future posts and you will be all set. :p

I can recommend the Full Throttle Speed AFPR, too. It's fairly inexpensive, works like a charm, looks pretty cool, and is very easy to install.

BTW - Stock Evo VIII injectors are 560 cc's.
