2G FP T28 Install snag...Please help

So I have unbolted everything except the hard line running from the top of the stock T25 all the way to the Oil Filter area. Here is my issue. In the middle of that line is a male and female connection. The male end(smaller) is stripped so that isn't coming loose. Can I just Unbolt it over by the Oil Filter and take thewhole piece out? Then I could just unbolt the banjo fitting from the turbo and put it on the new one. THis seems to be my only snag at this point. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Instead of unbolting it where the two lines meet, You can just unbolt the line from the turbo, And the other end from the oil filter housing, Just make sure you have something under the oil filter housing because oil is going to come out, When you're done. just screw it back in.
