Hey folks,

I have been reading through the fp red threads, and read a lot of hypothetical or I know someone who has one this is how it is threads. I haven't read anything from actual people running them. Just curious how laggy these turbo's are for daily driving. I had a 2.3 stroker with an FP 3055 back in the day, and it was great. Looking at buying a gsx with a fp red, just thinking I should maybe be planning to buy a DSM76 sometime in the future.

Thank you

Literally 5 threads below this one (before I just topped it by making this post):

Try sending a PM to donniekak if you have questions about specifics- I know he ran one for a little over a year and just sold it this past summer to upgrade. He reported it works much better in a 7cm2 housing than the 8cm2 housing it comes with...if you can get your hands on one that's machined for a TD06H turbine.

Thanks for your reply. I have read through every thread I could find regarding it. I was looking into a gsx that had an fp red, and ended up purchasing it. It's quite different than my old 2.3l fp3055 set up. Driving around town it feels like a slug until you make a pull.
