Finally got a dyno with the current setup. Was on an unfinished tune by my1gdsm. Still did awesome. I was expecting 450 475. Boy was I shocked

Said I was getting compressor surge so the guy adjusting it didn't wanna turn it up anymore. So I'm thinking maybe a 3" bumper exit might help a little? I don't want much more power 650 to 700. Anymore is just pointless being fwd and the dependability will go down. Maybe upgrade turbo and get out of this mhi flange.

I run the same turbo and doubt there's any more boost to be had out of the DSM flanged turbine housing.

I'm thinking the same thing about getting away from a DSM flanged turbo. I'm thinking T4 TS S366

An sbc ssx with ceramic clutch and
Competition Clutch Street Chromoly Steel flywheel all from twicks69 "tre" stage 3 with quaife lsd and taller 5th.

I'm running the fp intake. Yeah I'm thinking it's about out. It was definitely running better before this tune but I'm sure the surge was worse. Idk. We'll find out when Stacy gets back to tuning.

9:1 and I'm not sure about timing would have to look back at it.

I was running leaner. Around a 12 when Stacy was tuning. I added the inline pump so it richened it up. Haven't got anymore tuning done since. The guy at the dyno wanted to richen it up more. Didn't make since to me. I thought low 12afr was good for ethanol. Maybe I'm just a complete noob.

I'm 9.5:1 and am fighting a little knock. 1-2 counts here and there. Was just wondering if that's why you richened it up. I'm targeting 12.2. I'm fighting a fuel delivery issue right now though. Hope to have it resolved this week so I can hit the track again Friday night. My best 1/8mi trap so far is 96. I'm looking for 100.

I've run my hx40 setup at 30+ psi for years at 12.5 afr on unmeasured e85 and 20* of timing. I know I'm just some guy on the Internet but if I was on e98 I would be in the mid to high 12's in a heartbeat.

You can not rely on your knock sensor alone for corn fed motors. I'm sure someone on here reading this thread will jump in as well.

I agree I check my plugs at least once every time I'm at the track. I wish I had kept the EGT gauge I had. That would help a lot too.
