I am going to run a FP black. I do not know if i should get a journal bearing or a dual ball bearing? I know with the dual i run less oil and it is a better turbo over all but what else? If i run just journal i run more oil and i need coolant i read? Some help clearing this up. I plan 500-600hp goal on my 2.3 stroker. I would also like to know if internal or external gate is better? I will be street driving car some track. I would like to know what is best for turbo. Thanks
