Hey everyone. I'm getting a great deal on one of these turbos... I just have a few questions..

Is this a t-3 style turbo? Or could it be a dsm flange?

I'm ###### gonna need an external. But will this be on the manifold, or o2 housing?

Right now the turbo system is basically stock... 14b-2g mani-punishment recirc 02 housing..

I'm thinking I cant use any of the stuff I have now... I've been looking at t-3 exhaust manifolds, and v-band o2 housings....

Just trying to narrow things down...

Thanks guys...

fp3575 is mitsu flange. Wastegate will go on the exhaust housing the turbo comes with which will be a 44mm.

FP3575 will be just like any of the other FP series of bolt on turbos for us (3052,3065, etc). It will bolt to a stock exhaust mani (or their FP Race mani) but you will need a Tial 44 & a vband O2 housing (if the turbine housing is their standard setup). For the O2 housing, you can either have a custom one made or FP does sell the O2 housings to match (both 2.5" & 3", in both recirculated & dumped versions)

Sweet. I just need the v44 wastegate, and the v-band 02... Awesome... I was hoping I didnt have to ditch my 2g mani... Not yet anyways..

Thanks DarenP.:rocks:

To reduce the dentage of the water pipe, you can run a 1G non-turbo water pipe. I have had no problems clearing the water pipe since the changeover to this one.

The part number should be MD171058.

You can use your stock manifold but you will have to dent your water pipe pretty good. With the FP manifold you barely have to dent the water pipe.

The FP manifold positions the turbo EXACTLY where a stock 1G/2G/EVO manifold places it. In my experience, a turbo in the FP bolt-on housing will clear the waterpipe.

FP manifold is the same size as the stock manifold just the ports are bigger, so switching to one would not solve the clearence issue just buy the n/t 4g63 water line.

I know this is an old thread but...... The FP manifold does create a small amount of extra clearance from the waterpipe because it has a slightly different angle on the turbo mounting flange. This tilts the turbo away from the block a bit more than the stock manifold. Sorry about the late bump but I was just browsing through old threads I posted in and found this.
