Hi you all,
So yesterday I sold my 97 spyder gs-t. I can buy a 2ga TSI Shell, its missing the engine and part of the interior.
So the thing is that there are no 4G63t engines for sale in my country, i found 1 in the classifieds here, i already sent a pm to the user.
In my country i can buy a 4G63 N/T engine i've been reading threads and threads of n/a to turbo conversions for this engines.
Summary, with forged pistons i wont need oil squirters. Thats what i can understand from the threads.
The reason for this topic is:
1-Will this engine work with the 2g motor mounts? what i mean is that if i put the motor mounts i wont have fitting issues in the engine bay?
2-Will using forged pistons without squirters work surele? the thing is that i dont have a big budget for this and will definately like to do it the best reasonable way.
3-Or will i be better off trying to get 2g oem pistons and squirters and the intake cam and work with them?
