Im thinking about buying forged pistons from hahns but all they have is .020" over does this mean I will have to bore .020 over, or will they fit like stock std pistons? And will eagle H beam rods for a 420a neon work?
(JE Forged Pistons with pins and locks, 2.0L 420 A engine, 8.8:1 compression ratio, 3.465" bore (.020" over), fits Talon, Eclipse, Neon, Avenger and Sebring;use EC-4050 rings)

Yes, it would either have to be bored and/or honed 20 over. Don't know about the rods for sure, maybe check out there website.
