Ok just bought a turbo block, taking it appart to take it to my local machine shop. Im trying to push well over low 500s maybe to mids, ill be using a set off ross pistons 8.3comp maybe bore 85.75mm or 85.5 with oem 1g rods and crank would this be able to hold the power im looking for. Now for the bore which one would be better according to my set up 85.75mm or 85.5?

It should be fine for that type of power but if you plan on actually going that big, why not buy a set of rods? Bore doesn't really have to do with much, basically just get it bored enough to make your cylinders round and true again.

I am running a similar setup with EVO 9 pistons, I am trying to go to mid 500's also. I guess we will see how much the stock 1G rods can handle. Mine were shot peened so maybe that will help out a little.

"Code..." is right on the money as it all depends on the tune. Please keep in mind that success on one car does not equal the same success on another.
