For those who have upgraded to a Big 16G...

Have you notice good gains once you slapped your turbo on?

I ask because I just purchased on (with 2.5 DP and HF cat) and will be putting it on next week. I want to know what I can expect.

Also, do I need to remove the exhaust manifold to replace the turbo?

No you don't need to remove the exuast manifold to replace the turbo, however, if you still have the 1G ehxuast manifold, it would be a good idea to replace it with a ported 2g manifold.

since you already have a 14b, I dont think you will be all too satisfied with the feel after you bolt on your 16g. well, until you crank up the boost

as for going from a t2small to a 16g

ya my change from a 14b to a evo3 16g wasnt HUGE....but it was definately noticeable....it pulled a lot harder up top
