for the palm n stein users

i saved some logged files but i cant get them on my computer.

My understand is that i need to download tuner stein player, install it, then click palm n stein, chose the com port where the pda is connected. At this point, it says push the transfer button (after the corect com port is chosen). I'm guessing the transfer button is the hot sync button, so I push it, and it starts to work, but freezes at the identifying user screen.

whats going on? is there any other way to transfer those logs??

That's odd, usually once you get the tunerstein player you work through that and it does it, I forget which button it is you press though. Otherwise just go to digital mode on the palm if you really have to and just write down the points, it wont be as good as downloading but it at least gives you an idea.
