For people with those HALO lights, did yours go out?

I had them in ym old Talon run on their own to their own switch. I never had a problem with them. They both always worked. I had them installed for about 4 years and I always worked for me. I used only in the summer when I actually drove the car (about once a week).
 
Oh shoot, why didn't I think of that..

When I use to wire them up for people i just tapped them into the parking lights, so it looks "cool" at dusk when the headlights dont have to be on, so you just see the halo.

yea will with them tapped into the fog lights, and being able to turn them on and off; we'd just have them on while driving around town or when we'd just be chill at little car meets. We wouldn't have them on for long trips or anything that long LOL which is probably why they havn't burnt our, because like somebody said earlier, when they get too hot they just give out.
