for Need help on picking ththe GT45 turbo....:confused:

I am putting my car together right now and i was trying on the gt45 turbo with the exhaust header and it would not clear the bell housing. The turbo is a .66 inlet housing and 1.05 on the outlet. I was wodering if anyone has this setup or if anyone know the right manifold to use so that it can fit.

What exhaust manifold are you using?

You need to call whoever made your header and talk to them. If they wont do anything for you then I would sell the header and call up shearer fabrication. They are the best at fabricating headers in my opinion and they wont do you wrong.

there are not many off the shelf manifolds that will accomidate that kind of turbo bud. You need to talk to a place like Shearer or SLS about making you a manifold for that size snail.

I guess i am going to go with T70 sinse it will fit no problem. THank you for all your suggestions.
