? for everyone who built a 6bolt out of a n/t block

~how many miles have you put on the engine?

~what internals are you running?

~about how much power do you think your making?

~and are you happy you used a n/t block insted of a turbo one?

I helped a friend build a turbo motor out of a N/T block and he has been pretty happy with it. No issues with just over 11k miles on it. No reliability issue's and he is using 1g rods with 2g pistons making just over 390whp and has no complaints. If done right it should be just as good as a turbo block.

I havent done this myself but I have been wanting to try it out. There are probably a dozen or so non turbo 6 bolt blocks lying around the junkyard that I go to. If there isnt much to it than it would definately be worth doing.

I am in the process of building a motor using a non turbo block. The only major difference is the lack of oil squirters. With fordged internals these are not needed anyway.

I have 30,000+miles on a 2.3 built on a N/A block.
DSMLink logs indicate approximately 450 whp and I run the car hard.
