Driving over a bridge hear a clanking noise so i let off the gas. Then as i feather the gas i see my RPM go up but my speed still decreaseing. I was like dam there goes a belt... cheak all my belts all are fine... try to start my car it makes alot of fast clicking nosies.... when i try to jump my car it makes the noise herd in the video. Im feeling a broking starter or a stuck one? any opions i love this car and need it up and running asap.
