FMIC Mounting bar

I was wondering if anybody knows where to buy the mounting bar for a FMIC. I have heard about ebay but can't seem to find anything =\

as far as i know they only make the bumper reinforcement for 1gs. as for us 2g guys ive only heard of cutting the bumper reinforcement to fit the fmic. maybe someone else can chime in

they make them for a 2g! cant remember the site. might be on vr-speed.com but they do make them regardless! if u cant find it and ## running a big fmic take the plastic bar off and mount it to where your bumper screws in!

Not on vr- speed.com i just checked. And i got completely lost on the second part . The previous owner had it hanging from two brackets bolted to the plate that is by the hood latch. This made him cut the bumper so badly =\…i just bought a new bumper so this time i want to do it the right way..clean!

I've got the complete CRX kit, turbo, fmic, bov, manifold. I'm not proud or anything... i'm just sayin i got it. But the front support bracket is awesome. lines up the intercooler and gives the whole fmic piping and everything some rigidity so you know if it will/won't rub

I would just make one myself if I were you. I cant imagine it would be terribly hard. You can by flat stock like that and make the bends easily.

the metal piece that comes outward near the hood latch. where the top of the bumper sits on u can mount it to that! ill find the picture for ya.

you will see it there.. they also have a picture with the mounting bar. you really dont have to have it too secure the piping and bumper will hold it in place

that cxracing bracket will only work with FMIC's that have mounting points welded on the top of the intercooler. If you are running a vrsf fmic kit, it bolts to where your fog logs mount to.

I just went to check and it does have mounting points that is where it is mounted right now but not with the bar
