ok so i have a used 96 gsx motor and tranny sitting in my garage. the transmission is going into my 95 gsx because my other tranny decided to throw a dowl pin or something through the side of the bell housingWTF ya LOL anyways

so im going to drop the motor into the 95 gst i have and match up the gst transmission i have in the car already which i know i can do

the clutch that came with this motor/tranny combo is brand new so i was not going to touch it but my question is will the gsx flywheel attached to the motor work with the fwd gst transmission or will i have to disessemble the clutch kit while its out of the car and put the gst flywheel from the blown motor ( the one thats currently sitting in the car ) onto the good motor?

ive heard the flywheels are different,, i think ive read that over the forum when ive been searching but not sure

You'll need the GST (FWD) Flywheel if your using a GST (FWD) Tranny

Clutches are interchangeable so your good with that

Just make sure to get the flywheel resurfaced for the new clutch and your good to go
