Fluidyne install Question

Do i need to use the rubber inserts on the bottom of the fluidyne? just wondering because it makes it sit higher so i'm not sure if I'm suppose to use them or not

I've not worked with a Fluidyne in person, but there needs to be some sort of rubber mounts on the bottom; either the stock ones or the ones that come with the new radiator. I suspect the Fluidyne comes with replacements for the stock mounts.

Fluidyne doesn't come with new rubber mounts but when I installed mine I used the rubber mount but don’t try to bolt them down to stock height. (You will break the bolt:ohdamn:) When bolting them down tighten one side slightly then the other trying to keep them level (tighten left side then right then left...etc). Don’t bolt down one side fully because it makes the order side harder to put one.

you could always modify the stock ones so there is at least something there to keep it from being metal to metal and bring it down just a little bit. but i run koyo radiators, so i am probably not the best person to give advice. aside from the fact i was just throwing out an idea??
