flat tire on an awd car

My front passenger had a flat tire and I didnt realize it until about 1-2 miles later. I did notice it pulling to the right but for some reason I was thinking maybe the handbrake was stuck and grabbing the rear passenger tire, when i got to the gas station I inspected the right side and saw the flat, pumped it up and drove it back home. Could there be any damage to my differential or transfer case? I just changed out the clutch (SBR3500) the night before so this was my first chance driving the car after doing so. I notice a slight vibration when taking off but Im not sure if its the brand new clutch needing to be broken-in or damage to the drivetrain from the flat tire

I would doubt that you did any serious damage to the drive train. I have driver much farther than that on a flat rear tire that I absolutely didn't notice and so far I have had no ill effects.

This question has come up before, in the form of asking what it does to the DSM AWD setup to run a spare that's off-size. No one has come up with any solid numbers, but apparently so long as things are trying to rotate together, damage doesn't occur. However, tire sizes must still be matched for long-term (hundreds of miles) use.
I know that in playing with VCs outside their homes, it takes very little twist to make them go solid in your hands. Bizarre contraptions.
