I have been noticing recently my car seems to have flat spots at 4.5k and up. I have no data logging and only a SafC. I was recording some 3rd gear pulls with REV COR and KAR. I noticed that the KAR does not go up in a steady line with the RPM. Where it feels like i have flat spots in the power band the KAR bar in the graph drops noticeably lower. I have checked for boost leaks like 100 times this week. The car also is having fluctuations in KAR during idle. its not quite idle surge more like its missing almost. I cut open the wiring harness for the power transistor and all the sensors off the TB and IM. Some of the wires were showing so i re-wired and re-taped all the wires in the hood. I also checked all my grounds and added a few extra ones. What could be causing the fluctuations in karmen, is this normal?

outside of the mas i know u said u checked for boost leaks but did u spray down with a bottle of soapy water while having someone parked in the car reving it up if its leaking it will bubble up.

i did use soapy water several times sprayed from a bottle all over from TB to Turbo. Then pressurized system, no bubbles holds pressure for quite a while. i also noticed while the idle is fluctuatin the lights and gauges dim slighlt with the fluctuation in rpm. It doesnt move more then a hair up and down around 800 rpm at idle. it does sound like its missing though. any amount of throttle will make it stop. i wish i could show the screen on the SAFC fir a 3rd gear pull. as the KAR moves up with REV it it goes up and down instead of a steady upwards motion. During the "flat spots" the karm is noticeably lower then the slope of the line. It does this regardless of whether i have the boost turned up or down. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
