Flashable ECU ??

Hey guys i have a ecu that has this number on it MD346675 its a back plastic case it also has a sticker on that says DSMCHIPS.COM and all the info that wa done to it ...i wanna know if this is a flashable ecu and can i tune my car with just that meaning i dont have to buy DSMLINK ?? im asking this cause this was in the car when i bought it (car was a shell im almost done with it now ) please help my shell is a 1997 GSX

Make sure you open the ECU and check the PCB code/CPU code. The proper codes are outlined on the thread linked above(particularly page 22). If the codes dont match up you wont be able to flash it.

Good point...you know I'm glad I looked here before ordering my cord, I'll look at mine also, as soon as I get a chance. to be honest it was on my mind.
