Flash & Log Help 1999 GSX

I am looking for some support. I either need together information on everything needed to flash and log my 1999 gsx using the current Black Box Ecu or find someone to flash a tune in it for me. Can anyone help me out there?

I think I will just buy the 2.0 tractrix cable and adapter. And start learning. It would be nice to send my ecu to someone to have it flashed and returned. But i haven't found that service.
