First Time at the track

Had my car at a local track yesterday. 80+ and close to 80% humidity. The track has a slight incline to it. Not much though. So with just a MBC, and Full 3inch I ran a 13.79 at 96.04 with a 1.88 60Ft. I had the MBC set to stock so after launch i was pushin 8 pounds till 5K then it boost crept up to 15 pounds and stayed there till red line. I really didnt think I would break 13's on my 900 dollar Talon

yes i did blow head gasket. well now im going on a fully rebuild 0 miles 6 bolt motor with all arps and couple racing parts. i call it my semi stock motor .

I went to the track again. This time I had a DSMchips Eprom, Meth/water injection and rewired my fuel pump. Ran a 13.62. Sure thought I would have ran quicker but it was hot as balls out. Hopefully this spring I can run quicker. Or just find a nice cool night to do it

Went to the track tonight. On stock Eprom and 15 PSI i ran a 13.42 think it was 99 trap speed. Still gettin knock need the revised lifters to fix that.
