first logs, and some questions...

hey guys, i got some quick logs to post, hopefully someone can help me out with a couple things... i'm pretty sure the logs are ok, but my trims arent...

RPM KNOCK TIMA 02 TPS
3300 0 15* .96 77%
3600 0 16* .96 100%
4300 2 17* .96 100%
4900 1 20* .94 100%
5500 1 19* .94 100%
6400 2 17* .94 100%


and my trims are as follows..
Low - 140%
Mid - 105%
High - 85%

any ideas on how to make those better...

lows are idle, mess around with them on the fly, get your pocketlogger out, and look at your percentages change with changes to the safc, richen things up in low throttle and see if it gets worse or better, if it gets better, continue on, if it gets worse (higher percentage), lean them out, usually in low throttle, its pretty stable to keep every rpm point the same. your mid fuel trim is near perfect and doesnt need adjusting. your high does need adjusting, again, richen up at 4, 5, and 6 and see what happens, if it worsens, lean it a little. if i were you, i would use +/-1% increments at a time on the safc.
 
I dont have an safc, I have a maf-t.... but youre advice is still appreciated, as the maf-t has the same general principals.
