First Log with Logger, look ok?

Here is my very first log on my 91 TSI AWD that i bought for $500.....completely stock with 155k on it. I don't think it looks bad, but what the hell do i know? Tell me what you think? Third gear pull.

i would say your stock car is running pretty good. that little bit of knock your getting is probably phantom knock. i wish i could get a 500 dollar awd that drives. i would have to say im VERY jealous of you .

Yeah. I got one hell of a deal. The guy said it had no fuel or spark. Instantly i knew it was the ecu...especially being a 91. Popped in the ecu from my 90, and started right up. He was pissed, but i already had the bill of sale...

do the free mods and put a k&n in it and log it again. i would like to see what the extra boost from the biss screw removal and a k&n would do.

Sorry, i should have mentioned that i alredy have the k&n and accel plug wires. Haven't removed the screw yet.

looks real good. upgrade to a supra smic and i doubt you will have any knock, even giving it alittle more boost and you should be OK. what were the weather conditions like?

Crank up the boost. You're doing just fine. Turn it down when you see more than those few sporadic single counts of knock.

Hey I see you have the same logger I do Guys I just started to tune myself and need help. So far I got this
Best to keep IDC below 85%
To lower IDC take out fuel
The higher the air/fuel ratio the more lean, lower means rich
Timing needs to be lower than 21 or at 21
I was wondering where on the logger do I watch air/fuel ratio and where should it be at

I sa get as much timing as you can. From my personal experience, advancing the timing gives you nearly as much horsepoer as raising the boost until you get to around 27+ degrees. I tune by setting my A/F ratio to 10.5-10.9, then go as to the psi i want based on the compressor map then advance the hell out of the timing until i get knock. I'm running 29 degrees timing up top on my 18g in my 1G
