First log, weird o2's

This is my first log I've done on my car, I'm pretty new to all this. My mods are a 14b, 2.5" turboback exhaust, walbro 255, 1g bov, joe p. mbc, I'm on the stock smic. The log was done at 14 psi in 3rd gear.
The o2's drop sharply to 0 early in the run, and I was unable to find a similar problem from searching. During idling and normal cruising the o2 sensor cycles/behaves as it should. I have a few small thoughts on what the problem might be, but don't know where to start.

At full throttle the car runs open loop, the o2 sensors are supposed to read 0 I believe.

I see a TPS problem to, only 83%.

Make sure your floor matt isnt under your peddle when doing a log at WOT. If it isnt interfering with the gas peddle you may want look at the throttle cable to see if it needs adjusting.
