Keeping it simple - trying to anyways 
95 Mitsubishi eclipse gs
2.0L dohc non turbo (420a)
167xxx
No interior/dome lights
Dimmer doesn't Dim lights
Dash lights do work
Someone b4 me installed radio and cut harness
Cigarette lighter works with key on but when car is running phone switches from charging to not charging pulsates off on real fast.
When defrost is on cool air comes from other vents when vents/heat is on cool air comes from the defrost vent
Burns oil really bad only when Idling for 10 mins or longer, don't see or smell oil while driving normal or even getting on it.
Keeps throwing misfire code, I've changed every sensor coil pack plugs wires. ect
Compression test 1-3 holding 160-162. Nothing in cylinder 4 wet or dry unless I start it with gauge hooked up then I show 161
.
Car hesitates a bit on take off but around 3k it starts to pull real nice like you can feel the cylinder start to work
I just want to know if there is an easy cheap fix b4 I either buy a used motor or do a rebuild, I familiar with a wrench, and have tried different things,just wanting some other ideals.
Also quite a bit of air pressure seems to come out of the vents on the valve cover
This is my first dsm. I'd like to get it close to tip top even though I only bought it for a cheaper way to drive to work and back.
