yook my car out for the first time today to set a base line and i def need to tune this bugger up felt like it was runnin on 2 cyl think i'm gonna nee some plugs and wires and a good once over b4 i do any more driving

Any special solvent i can use to clean the intercooler?

Well first off, fix your spelling so we can read what your saying. You can clean out the intercooler with gasoline. Search for 'Free Mods' on here and you should find a lot of info. But yes, you could try changing the plugs and wires. Basic tune up with new everything and do a boost leak test. Most likely its got some leaks which would bog the motor down a lot.
