I see I left some events out, this will fill in the gaps.

JAG later told me, they can not represent me in court.
JAG told me that the Department of Labor (DoL) is the next step
DoL told me that BAE Systems has had several claims filed against then in the past.
DoL told me that the do the investigation portion and inform the company that the are the authority with these cases. (This is where I am)
DoL told me that if BAE Systems does not budge and follows the Department of Labors instructions, then the case goes to the Department of Justice (DoJ).
DoJ will represent me if we do not settle and the case goes to Court and I sue them.

UPDATE:

WOW two updates in one day. My boss, who has not called me or emailed me in the last two months. Wanted my resume and is giving me A LOT of interest in the certifcations I recently got.

Gee, I wonder why they are so motivated....
