Check this. I just got my gauges in the mail the other day. I installed them and it took me a bit cuz it was my first time doing the thing. I hooked the wires up to the ECU like RRE said. Cut a little X in the boot next to the steering column. T'ed it and it was a day. Turned them on and they look like the shit. :thumb: Im currently running 14 psi on T-25. Now to my point. I have power and all to both of my gauges and both seem to be working. Although my a/f gauge is always saying its running rich and doesnt move at all. It stays on the last bar. I know these cars run rich but is it suppose to be like this and not move?

DO NOT LOOK AT THE AIR/FUEL GAUGE AND THINK ITS CORRECT! Its just a light show. You need a wide band if you want to know what your air/fuel ratio is.

a Narrow band o2 sensor will show the same voltage at 10:1 as it will at 13:1. The only time it should move is between something like 14.2:1 - 15.2:1.

Here is a link to plx install instructions. Scroll down and you can see the differences between the wideband and narrowband voltage outputs.

I have the PLX M-300, and its great to know my real A/F ratio

Yeah I know. Just wanted to see what it would look like. You guys are right its not worth the trouble for a stupid christmas gauge that is not even accurate. Going to take out and sell to ebay and get some useful ones.
