Fidanza cam gear question.

I am putting on a set of fidanza cam gears and on the gear where the bolt goes there is a sticker that say torque to 40-45 in lbs. Thinking this is some what low I looked in my manual and it say torque to 65 ft lbs. Now that is a big difference so I wanted to make sure which one was right before I tighten anything down. Is the 40-45 in lbs for the 5 bolts on the cam gear or for the main one that holds it in place?

The torque specs on the gears are for the locking bolts. Torque the main retaining bolts to stock specs and the 5 smaller bolts to 40-45in/lbs.

That's what I thought but wanted to make sure. Where the placed the sticker made me think other wise. Thanks for the help.
