I am thinking about buying a fidanza clutch, but i dont knwo what to decide between the 4.3 or the 3.2. im pretty sure the tq rating for the 3.2 is around 400ft/lbs and for the 4.3 it is 464ft.lbs.

i will have up to at least 400whp, i dont know which one to pick. how is the daily drivability between the 2 clutches? any chatter? and which one has less? and dont all fidanza clutches have the same pressure place? around 2300lbs or somehing? so the peddle pressure would be the same between the 2?

Will the 4.3 last alot longer than the 3.2?

thanks

My friend uses the 4.3 with a 6 puck sprung hub on a Fidanza flywheel.....lighter clutch pedal feel than a 2600 ACT and seems to hold all the power his stroker can make......35 psi+ on an FP HTA 3582.

i love my 3.2. Its a little stiff but it holds my 20g and still drive daily on it. There is little to no chatter with my stock flywheel.

i would say 4.3 that way there is less of your clutch slipping. And i believe there is a little chatter the first 1000 miles i want to say because it has to wear in but im am not 100% sure about that. As for Drivability just don't launch your car at a stop if you don't want to simple as that.

I'd probably recommend the 4.3 as it seems like everyones "max" goal always changes down the road, though the 3.2 should be more then enough for your current goals. I run the 4.3, the pedal pressure is basically like stock but the engagement window is much smaller then a typical "stock" feeling street clutch (because it slips much less). It does have abit of chatter when first breaking it in but after ~1000 miles its not too bad. My cars a daily summer driver & I don't have any issues with the 4.3 but guys that aren't use to it will more then likely stall it several times.

I've been checking this out also, I'd been thinking about getting the 3.2. Although someone here has a 4.3 kit for sell for like a hundred bucks less then a new kit. I think I'm going to go with the 3.23 though.

the only reason i dont wanna go act 2600 is because of the pedal weight.
im just wondering the difference bwteen the 3.2 and 4.3. which one will last me longer? and which one has smoother engagement.

Wondering the same as FUNWHEELDRIVE...

daren P: My biggest concern is getting bogged down in traffic with a touchy/heavy clutch. The 3.2 was pretty manageable. How is the 4.3 in stop and go traffic? Oh, and in winter conditions..... Thanks!
