Fan Problem

Hmm i dont know why but my cooling fan dont go on then the car get to the right temp the fan goes on when i put the AC on but if i dont it dont go on i changed the thermostad but still nothing what culd be the reason for this? 92 Talon TSI AWD

I had that problem once before, it ended up being the thermo switch, it is located on the bottom back side of the radiator, towards the engine.

That would be my first on my list too.

The thermo-sensor in the radiator grounds the relay coil when the temp goes over 185F and opens when the temp falls below 172F. You can check to see if there is continuity with the coolant temp above 185F. If it's working then the radiator fan relay would be next to check.
