1G failed on the smog high co% ,hc

i cleaned out the egr valve and got a new cat i failed smog last time cause of egr was clogged now my nox is very low so that pass but now my co% and hc are very high here is a picture of my test

i just looked at one of my spark plugs as i was taking it out i noticed that it was covered with oil! so i have cleaned the holes and got some new spark plugs could that be a good reason why it was running so rich? will go test it again tomorrow

Yeah it is possible that it was causing a missfire during the test. It might not be a bad idea to get plug wire also if it was full of oil or if they havent been changed in a while.

got it to pass smog just put some new spark plugs and that was it! thanks again
