factory alarm acting up

Alright so just the other day my factory alarm started going off when I unlock the door and open it with the key. I removed the anti-theft fuse from the fuse box and it doesn't honk anymore but all my lights still flash. Is there anyway to completely disable this? I would rather just get this fixed so I have an alarm if somebody actually tries to break into my car, rather than just disabling it. Any suggestions?

Put the fuse back in and lock the door and then unlock it on the drivers side. I also answered a thread two days ago on how to disarm completely if desired. Do a search on factory alarm. I posted the wiring schematics as well. GL.
